Job summary

AirLife is seeking a Director of Human Resources for Distribution Operations to lead HR for Phoenix and El Paso distribution centers. You will act as the primary HR business partner to site leadership, shaping people strategy, leadership development, and workforce performance on-site.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution or logistics.
• Experience leading across multiple sites with consistent execution.
• Experience partnering with Environmental Health & Safety functions preferred.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
