LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide on-site HR support for our Lancaster, TX distribution center. The role is full-time and serves frontline employees, supervisors, and site leadership in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will handle employee relations, onboarding, recruiting coordination, compliance, and HR operations, while maintaining confidentiality and prioritizing urgent, high-volume activities. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent combo of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Experience supporting employee relations, investigations, onboarding, compliance, recruiting coordination, or HR operations.
• Experience supporting hourly, frontline, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution employee populations preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS, applicant tracking, timekeeping, LMS, or employee records systems preferred.
• MS Office proficiency; strong Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time, on-site HR support for U.S. Distribution Center employees, contingent workers, supervisors, and site leadership.
• Support employee relations, recruiting coordination, onboarding, compliance, attendance and performance documentation, reporting, investigations, and other HR activities.
• Respond to employee questions, escalate issues, and ensure timely follow-through in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• Partner with supervisors to enforce attendance, conduct, performance, safety, training, and respectful workplace standards.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation for employees and temporary staff, ensuring documentation and system access.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, trackers, dashboards, and audit files; support compliance activities.
• Assist with unemployment claims, employment verifications, job description maintenance, and tuition reimbursement processing.
• Contribute to site initiatives on workforce planning, employee engagement, and process improvements.
• Maintain professional HR presence for visits by senior leaders, customers, or auditors.
