Job summary

Sager Electronics is seeking an on-site HR Generalist to support our Distribution Center and Production teams. You will work closely with leaders and hourly employees to foster a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace.

Ideal candidate has 1–3 years of HR experience in distribution/manufacturing, with ADP HRIS and MS Office proficiency. This role is primarily on-site with some travel between Lewisville, TX and Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or production.
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, benefits, payroll, workers' compensation, recruiting, and HR compliance.
• Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, ideally ADP, and Microsoft Office applications.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Spanish or Vietnamese bilingual skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and leaders within Distribution and Production operations.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations matters, and workplace concerns.
• Support employee investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives.
• Lead onboarding for hourly employees and ensure a welcoming employee experience from day one.
• Conduct exit interviews and identify employee retention trends.
• Partner with leaders to drive employee engagement and development efforts.
• Manage and facilitate monthly Safety Committee meetings and workplace incident investigations.
• Support leave administration, workers' compensation, OSHA reporting, and related compliance requirements.
• Screen candidates for Distribution Center and Production Associate positions.
• Partner with staffing agencies to meet temporary workforce needs.
• Assist employees with benefits and payroll questions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Participate in HR projects that improve processes, culture, and the overall employee experience.
