Job summary

DP World is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to help shape and execute the HR strategy for a large, frontline workforce across warehouse, transportation, and data centers. You will lead four HR Directors, ensuring consistency and high performance in HR delivery at distributed sites.

You will partner with centralized teams on ER, compensation, talent development, and engagement, while forecasting workforce needs and labor trends for peak seasons and expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience supporting frontline, multi-site operations.
• Experience managing or leading other HR professionals/managers.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, wage/hour regulations, and HR compliance for hourly/non-exempt populations.
• Ability to influence senior operational leaders and act as a credible strategic partner.
• Willingness to travel 25%+ to warehouse, transportation, and data center sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Directors across regions or units.
• Translate business strategy into proactive HR plans for productivity, retention, safety, and engagement.
• Partner with ER team to manage labor relations across sites and ensure timely case handling.
