Job summary

Bites is hiring for a high-impact sales role in the US GTM team. You will own a territory, prospect autonomously, and run discovery with operations, HR, and L&D leaders to close large frontline accounts in hospitality, retail, and related industries.

You will manage mid-market to enterprise deals, shape how we sell at scale, and travel as needed to win and expand partnerships with top frontline employers.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to close new business with measurable results.
• Experience selling to frontline operators in hospitality/retail/CPG/manufacturing.
• Background selling frontline training, LMS, or related software.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a territory of named accounts.
• Prospect for pipeline and run discovery with operations, HR and L&D leaders.
• Lead complex deals with multiple stakeholders from first meeting to contract.
• Turn pilots into company-wide rollouts and feed learnings back to playbook.
