Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in USA (HomeGoods) is seeking a frontline supervisor to promote a highly satisfied shopping experience and drive loyalty.

You will train Associates, supervise cashier operations, and ensure coverage, cash controls, and safety in the store. You will lead by example, communicate goals, and uphold merchandising and loss-prevention standards while delivering friendly, proactive service to every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without accommodations.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to train and provide direction to others.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a Highly Satisfied customer experience and drives loyalty.
• Trains and mentors Associates on Policies and Procedures.
• Maintains and monitors cash controls including change fund and cashier performance.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks to optimize frontline coverage.
• Upholds merchandising, loss prevention, and safety standards.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Other duties as assigned.
