Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline supervisor to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and drive loyalty. You will mentor Associates on policies, coordinate register coverage, and ensure cash controls and safe operations across the store in Nashua, NH.

The role requires flexible scheduling, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and prior supervisory experience in retail. Competitive wage and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to train and provide direction to others.
• Experience as a coordinator or retail/supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to run a register and handle money.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a “Highly-Satisfied” customer experience.
• Drives customer loyalty through programs and initiatives.
• Trains and mentors Associates on Policies and Procedures.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks to ensure optimized frontline coverage.
• Maintains cash controls including change fund.
• Monitors frontline equipment and communicates issues to management.
• Upholds merchandising standards and loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Promotes a safe environment by reporting safety hazards.
• Other duties as assigned.
