Job summary

HomeGoods, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a frontline supervisor to enhance the customer experience, train staff, and manage register operations in a fast-paced store environment.

You will lead Associates across frontline areas, promote company initiatives, and ensure compliance with policy, safety, and merchandising standards. The role requires flexibility to work evenings/weekends and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work as a team member.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a highly-satisfied customer experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on Policies and Procedures.
• Maintains cash controls and handles cash responsibly.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for frontline coverage.
• Maintains cleanliness and merchandising standards on the frontline.
• Monitors frontline equipment and reports issues to management.
