Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring for a frontline role at HomeGoods in the United States. You will lead the frontline to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience while supporting training and mentoring of Associates on cashier processes and store operations.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work as part of a team and provide direction to others.
• Able to run a register and handle money.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise and maintain cash controls.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a “Highly Satisfied” customer experience.
• Drives customer loyalty through programs and initiatives.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly.
• Trains and mentors Associates on policies, procedures, and cashier performance.
• Maintains cash controls and reconciles register transactions.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for frontline coverage.
• Upholds merchandising and loss prevention standards.
