Job summary

HomeGoods, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a frontline supervisor to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and train Associates on register operations. You will oversee cash handling, merchandise standards, and coverage scheduling while supporting a diverse team in a fast-paced store environment.

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, prior retail or supervisory experience, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to train and guide Associates and manage front-line operations.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a “Highly Satisfied” customer experience.
• Drives customer loyalty through programs and initiatives.
• Addresses customer concerns and resolves issues promptly.
• Trains and mentors Associates on policies and procedures.
• Maintains cash controls and handles money with accuracy.
• Oversees register operations and assigns coverage as needed.
• Ensures merchandising and storefront standards are upheld.
