Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in USA HomeGoods Store is seeking a front-line associate to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience, drive loyalty, and support seamless register operations across shifts.

You will train Associates, provide direction, handle money, and maintain merchandising and safety standards while working as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a highly-satisfied customer experience and drives customer loyalty.
• Trains and mentors Associates on policies, procedures, and frontline execution.
• Manages register operations, money handling, and cash controls.
• Allocates registers and coordinates breaks to ensure frontline coverage.
• Maintains store cleanliness, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards.
• Adheres to labor laws, safety policies, and company directives.
• Aids in handling damages, markdowns, and stock issues.
• Supports management with monitoring customer feedback and store initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store leadership.
