Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and loyalty.
• Train and mentor Associates on policies and procedures.
• Assist with cash controls and change fund management.
• Coordinate breaks and registers for optimal frontline coverage.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and loss-prevention policies.
• Support management with frontline operations and safety compliance.
• Respond to customer concerns and communicate feedback to leadership.
• Adhere to labor laws, meal and break policies, and company directives.
