HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to help promote a highly satisfied customer experience and drive loyalty. You will train Associates, manage frontline operations, and support cash handling and register transactions in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with a focus on teamwork, interpersonal skills, and strong customer service. Lifting heavy merchandise and adherence to policies are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without accommodations.
• Able to run a register and handle money.
• Experience coordinating or supervisory retail roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a highly satisfied customer experience and drive loyalty.
• Train and mentor Associates on frontline operations and policies.
• Ensure proper cash controls and manage register transactions.
• Maintain frontline and sales floor organization and merchandising standards.
• Assign shifts and monitor coverage; ensure safety and compliance.
• Address customer concerns and communicate feedback to leadership.
