Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work as a team member.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without accommodations.
• Able to train and provide direction to others.
• Able to run a register and handle money.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a highly-satisfied customer experience to drive loyalty.
• Trains and mentors associates on frontline execution and policies.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for coverage.
• Audits paperwork and maintains cash controls.
• Maintains cleanliness and merchandising standards throughout the frontline.
• Addresses customer concerns and supports loss prevention initiatives.
• Provides recognition and feedback on cashier performance.
