Qualifications

• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service.
• Able to train and provide direction to others.
• Able to run a register/handle money.
• Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a "Highly-Satisfied" customer experience and drives customer loyalty.
• Trains and mentors Associates on frontline policies and procedures.
• Manages cash controls, including change fund, and ensures proper register coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and communicates feedback to management.
• Upholds merchandising standards and safety policies on the frontline.
