Qualifications

• Ability to process cash and card transactions.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Use knowledge to conduct customer transactions.
• Answer questions and provide guidance to customers.
• Assist with opening and closing of the branch.
• Check transactions for accuracy and timeliness.
• Work with leadership to resolve escalated issues and system problems.
