Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Rochester, MN seeks a front-line supervisor to lead a fast-paced store team, promote a highly-satisfied customer experience, and drive loyalty.

You will train Associates, manage cash handling, and coordinate schedules to ensure optimal coverage while upholding policies and loss-prevention controls. This role requires a high school diploma, flexibility, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to lift merchandise.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to train and provide direction to others.
• Able to run a register and handle money.
• Experience in coordinator or retail/supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a highly satisfied customer experience and drives loyalty.
• Trains and mentors Associates on policies, procedures, and cashier performance.
• Maintains cash controls and coordinates breaks for coverage.
• Ensures safety, loss prevention, and adherence to labor policies.
• Leads teamwork across multiple store areas as needed.
