Job summary

First Bank of Wyoming in Evanston, WY is seeking a Teller I to serve as the front-line representative, delivering exceptional service and handling deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy.

You will balance the teller drawer daily, follow security protocols, and assist customers with account inquiries and online banking enrollment, while upholding core values and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Zero to one year of similar or related experience required.
• Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Availability 7:45 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service per standards.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, loans, and inquiries.
• Balance drawer, cash vault and TCR daily and safeguard currency.
• Detect counterfeit or fraudulent activity and follow security protocols.
• Assist with account maintenance and product information.
• Explain bank products and online banking to customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional appearance.
