Job summary

First Bank of Wyoming is seeking a Teller I in Evanston, WY to serve as the bank's front-line representative, delivering exceptional customer service and processing financial transactions accurately. You will assist with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and inquiries while upholding core values and security protocols.

The role requires 0–1 year of related experience, HS diploma, and availability between 7:45 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Zero to one year of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience is required.
• Prior cash handling experience is preferred.
• Prior banking experience is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Must have availability between 7:45 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide extraordinary service.
• Assist customers with financial transactions and product information; take ownership of issues.
• Conduct transactions accurately within guidelines (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, etc.).
• Balance teller drawer, cash vault, and TCR daily; maintain cash limits.
