Responsibilities

• Balance teller drawer, cash vault, and cash handling devices daily and safeguard currency.
• Detect and manage risk, identify counterfeit currency, and follow security protocols.
• Assist with account maintenance and explain bank products and services as appropriate.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries; exercise independent judgment under supervision.
