Job summary

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries while upholding regulatory requirements and confidentiality.

The role emphasizes professionalism, problem-solving, and the ability to balance drawers and follow security protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Zero to one year of similar or related experience is required.
• Prior cash handling experience is preferred.
• Prior banking experience is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide extraordinary service.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries; resolve issues.
• Balance teller drawer, cash vault, and Teller Cash Recycler daily.
• Detect and manage risk, including counterfeit currency and fraud warnings.
• Maintain knowledge of teller limits and bank products; explain services to customers.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries with minimal supervision.
