You will listen to customer needs, provide information on products and digital tools, and refer complex requests to branch specialists. Flexibility to support branch operations and travel to nearby branches may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete internal teller and product training.
• Willingness to travel to training locations as needed; company covers travel expenses.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers entering the branch.
• Process routine financial transactions with accuracy, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Refer customers to branch specialists for more complex financial needs.
• Support lobby management and guide customers to the right team member.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries per bank standards.
• Support branch operations and contribute to achieving branch goals.
