Qualifications

• Experience in a cash handling role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, loan payments, and cash transactions accurately.
• Respond to client inquiries in person and by phone with professional service.
• Identify and document cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to appropriate partners.
• Maintain cash drawer, balance cash and reconcile discrepancies.
• Record activities and referrals in the bank's systems and ensure compliance.
