Job summary

First Bank of Wyoming in Evanston, WY is seeking a Teller I to be the bank's front-line representative, delivering exceptional customer service and processing transactions accurately. You will assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Responsibilities include balancing drawers, handling cash, recognizing counterfeit currency, and promoting bank products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Zero to one year of related experience required.
• Cash handling and banking experience preferred.
• Must be available 7:45 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide exceptional service, and learn names.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and inquiries.
• Balance teller drawer, cash vault, and TCR daily; maintain cash limits and security.
• Detect counterfeit currency and potential fraud; follow security protocols.
• Explain bank products and services; research and resolve inquiries as needed.
