Job summary

First Bank of Wyoming is seeking a Teller I to be the front-line representative, handling deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and account inquiries with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

You will balance cash drawers, detect counterfeit currency, and explain bank products while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires high school completion and availability 7:45 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of related experience preferred.
• Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Availability 7:45 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service while processing transactions.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and account inquiries.
• Balance cash drawer and teller systems daily; manage reconciling tasks.
• Identify counterfeit currency and flag suspicious activity per policy.
• Explain bank products and services to customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all banking regulations.
