Woodforest National Bank seeks a Banker to act as a frontline ambassador, building retail customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive marketing of products and services. You will handle teller duties, open accounts, and support digital banking tools while upholding Woodforest’s Core Values of Ownership, Service, Community, and Integrity.

This full-time role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work flexible hours in a community bank setting.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through referrals and outreach inside/outside the branch.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact with internal partners.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts with accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver warm, personalized service and explain products clearly.
• Support digital banking tools and platforms.
