Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Banker to serve as a frontline ambassador, focusing on building retail customer relationships through outstanding service and proactive marketing of products. You will drive sales while maintaining operational excellence and adherence to bank policies.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach inside/outside the branch.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first point of contact with internal partners as needed.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate transactions and account openings.
• Explain complex solutions in simple terms.
• Deliver Woodforest experience with warm, personalized interactions.
• Explain retail banking products and digital solutions clearly.
• Provide dependable service in a fast-paced environment.
• Support digital banking tools and platforms.
