Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Banker to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering the Woodforest Experience in a retail banking environment. You will build relationships, market products, and ensure operational excellence with a customer-first approach.

The role emphasizes helping customers, supporting digital tools, and aligning with Woodforest’s core values of ownership, service, community, and integrity in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsabilités

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Act with accountability to achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations and referrals.
• Resolve customer inquiries at the first point of contact and coordinate with internal partners for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate transaction processing, account opening, and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Explain complex banking solutions in clear, simple terms to customers.
