Job summary

The Teller at First Interstate Bank's Lander, WY branch handles daily teller transactions in both lobby and drive-up areas. You deliver excellent client service and grow relationships by recognizing referral opportunities for banking products and services.

Responsibilities include processing deposits, loan payments, cash handling, and answering client inquiries while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in all dealings. Regular attendance and training are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in cash handling preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, loan payments, and cash checks at the lobby and drive-up.
• Serve clients, answer questions, and refer to bankers for additional needs.
• Record transactions and cross-sell products as appropriate.
• Maintain accuracy in cash drawer and handle currency securely.
• Adhere to bank operations and security procedures and attend training.
