FullStack is an AI-native engineering partner seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to design, build, and sustain AI-enabled solutions.

You will operate as consultant, operator, and engineer, handling discovery, design, and delivery for Fortune 500 clients and regulated environments.

The role demands deep software experience, strong English, and ownership of end-to-end delivery in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack (TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
Advanced English is required.
Experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex).
Proven ability to own end-to-end delivery and manage project scope without heavy supervision.

Responsibilities

Discover. Run workshops with stakeholders to scope defensible AI problems.
Structure the process and the spec by mapping current state, decisions, and exceptions.
Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration and integration.
Build working systems: agents and multi-step automations; prototyping with value delivery in weeks.
Engineer the deployment system: CI/CD, environments, testing, releases.
Consult with CTOs/VPs and support pre-sales scope and proposals.
