Job summary

FullStack is a U.S.-based AI-native engineering partner delivering production-grade AI solutions for Fortune 500 clients. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will embed with client teams to architect, build, and run AI-enabled systems that work in real environments.

You’ll blend consulting, engineering, and operations to test business cases with executives and ship what is scoped within weeks, shaping end-to-end AI delivery in regulated settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a mainstream stack.
• 1-4 years of experience building and shipping AI systems beyond prototypes.
• Advanced English required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Experience with AI tools and APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Discover by running workshops with stakeholders to separate AI problems from workflow problems.
• Structure processes and specs for automation so both people and AI can execute against reliably.
• Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, integration layers.
• Own CI/CD for builds, tests, releases, and environments.
• Consult with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and leadership; support pre-sales scoping and proposals.
