Job summary

FullStack is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect, build and deploy AI-powered capabilities inside the client’s own systems and workflows.

You’ll serve as consultant, operator and engineer, running discovery, defining scope, designing end-to-end architectures, and delivering production-grade integrations for Fortune 500 clients in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state and turn into executable specifications.
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems, architecture, tool integration and guardrails.
• Build. Ship working systems, prototypes that prove value in weeks.
• Engineer the delivery system. Own CI/CD for what you build.
