EY is seeking an Frontier AI Assistant Director to identify, shape, and scale emerging AI opportunities across EY and the broader ecosystem. You will connect client needs with evolving technologies, leading initiatives from experimentation through capability development.

You will collaborate with service lines, sectors, alliances, and innovation teams to validate opportunities, build prototypes, and drive scalable capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, machine learning, product development, or related tech disciplines.
• Experience leading complex tech initiatives spanning technical, business, and stakeholder considerations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, shape, and scale Frontier AI opportunities across EY and the ecosystem.
• Lead initiatives from experimentation through capability development with service lines, sectors, and alliance partners.
• Build relationships across internal and external teams to understand evolving client needs and technology opportunities.
• Design and run experiments, prototypes, and proof‑of‑concepts to validate opportunities and accelerate learning.
• Assess opportunities across business value, feasibility, risk, and adoption potential.
• Translate technical developments into actionable business recommendations and next steps.
