Job summary

EY seeks an Frontier AI Assistant Director to identify, shape, and scale emerging AI opportunities across EY. You will work with service lines, sectors, alliances, and innovation teams to connect client needs with evolving technologies and drive experiments from concept to capability development.

Demonstrated hands-on work with emerging AI technologies, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate technical advances into strategic recommendations are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, machine learning, product development, solution architecture, or related technology disciplines.
• Hands-on experimentation, prototyping, or building with emerging technologies as part of ongoing learning.

• Lead experiments, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept to validate opportunities.
