Job summary

Compass is seeking a Software Engineer II to advance frontend transaction forms and eSign experiences in a high-impact real estate platform in Florida. You’ll build reusable UI components, implement testing, and collaborate with product and design teams to deliver secure, scalable features.

You will contribute across the TJ organization, ensure quality, and help shape the user experience for agents managing buyers and sellers.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field required.
• 2–4 years of software engineering experience developing well-tested, high-performance applications.
• 2+ years of experience with Typescript, Javascript, and HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

• Develop core Frontend components: React-based UI across Forms and eSign products.
• Drive Quality and Testing: write high-quality, maintainable code and comprehensive tests.
• Enhance Operational Excellence: improve monitoring and reliability of the platform.
• Deliver Features End-to-End: independently deliver components and collaborate on complex designs.
• Act as a Component SME: be the go-to person for specific internal components.
• Collaborate in Agile Workflows: participate in code reviews and planning.
