Job summary

Modlin Center for the Arts is seeking a part-time, temporary Ticketing Services Coordinator. You will act as the front-line box office representative, handling ticket sales, online orders, and customer service for roughly 150 events annually across multiple venues including Alice Jepson Theatre and Camp Concert Hall.

Qualifications include experience with Spektrix or similar CRM, strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to DEIA principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training.
• Two or more years of experience in customer service, ticketing services, or patron services preferred for an arts organization.
• Familiarity with industry standards in ticketing and box office management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line box office representative and coordinator for ticket sales and customer service.
• Assist in selling tickets for ~150 events per year across multiple venues.
• Provide accurate reporting and data management to support ticketing operations.
