Job summary

The France-Merrick Performing Arts Center is seeking a highly organized Part-Time Ticketing Assistant to support the Ticketing Manager with event setup, inventory management, and internal ticket fulfillment. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced live entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, ticketing, admin support, hospitality or live entertainment preferred.
• Experience with Ticketmaster, Archtics or other computerized ticketing systems preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Ticketing Department across ticketing initiatives and projects.
• Assist with building, reviewing, testing, and maintaining ticketed events within the system.
• Organize event information, pricing, offers, and communications for accurate setup.
• Monitor ticket sales, inventory, and event performance; prepare reports throughout the lifecycle.
• Process and fulfill internal ticket requests according to policies and deadlines.
• Respond to inquiries regarding ticket sales, event information, and customer service.
• Assist with QA testing of ticketing builds, promotions, and online purchasing functionality.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Programming, Group Sales, Box Office and other departments.
