Job summary

The Eisemann Center is seeking a skilled Patron Services team member to handle ticket transactions and patron communications. Under supervision, you will process single, group, and subscription ticket orders, reconcile seating discrepancies, and support the box office with daily revenue deposits and reports.

You must have strong MS Word/Excel skills, hands-on box office software experience (Tessitura, Tickets.Com, Paciolan, Front Gate, Ticketmaster), excellent communication, confidentiality, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. Some college courses preferred.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel required.
• Experience in box office, including season ticketing.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing software such as Tessitura, Tickets.Com, Paciolan, Front Gate Tickets, Ticketmaster, etc.
• Must be marketing-driven and have a keen interest in how emerging technologies and the Internet can be utilized in ticketing and CRM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform ticket transactions (over-the-counter, telephone, mail, internet) and reconcile seating discrepancies.
• Balance cash receipts and make daily deposits.
• Prepare subscriber tickets for all user groups and Eisemann Center.
• Maintain and backup data in the ticketing system and generate reports.
• Assist with telemarketing efforts and training of part-time staff.
• Oversee volunteers and provide support during events.
