Job summary

University of Richmond’s Modlin Center for the Arts is seeking a part-time, temporary Ticketing Services Coordinator to oversee ticketing operations, online sales and customer service for about 150 events annually across venues such as Alice Jepson Theatre, Camp Concert Hall, Cousins Studio Theatre and Perkinson Recital Hall.

The role requires Spektrix (or similar CRM) experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to schedule variations from September

Qualifications

• Experience with ticketing CRM, including sales, reporting and data management.
• Strong customer service principles and procedures.
• Ability to take initiative and provide recommendations on issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line box office representative and coordinator.
• Assist in sales of tickets for ~150 events per year across multiple venues.
• Manage online sales and customer service processes.
• Generate reports and support data-driven decisions.
