Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Service Standards and Policies on the front porch and sales areas.
• Train cashiers and assign hosts to support front porch service.
• Prepare weekly cash reports and maintain sales-related information.
• Process invoices, transfers, and beer/wine payments.
• Handle payroll checks and cash per company policy.
• Ensure front porch and cash office security and proper cash handling.
• Monitor cashier performance and conduct audits as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
