Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain front end guest service standards.
• Manage guest traffic flow at the register area.
• Coordinate schedules with the Store Manager for service levels.
• Train cashiers to call extra hosts as needed.
• Handle guest/host requests, refunds, overrides, and approvals promptly.
• Keep front end clean and parking lot free of debris.
• Set a positive example in speech, dress, hygiene, and integrity.
• Block unused lanes when not in use.
• Monitor and enforce front end policies on asset protection and shrink.
• Provide training and feedback to front end hosts.
• Process orders and perform cashier/guest service tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
