Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Service Standards across the front porch and checkout areas.
• Train cashiers and hosts to meet service standards.
• Prepare weekly cash reports and maintain sales-related information.
• Process invoices and transfers as assigned; handle beer/wine payments if applicable.
• Ensure secure cash office operations and accurate daily cash counts.
• Monitor cashier performance reports and conduct audits per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
