Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION seeks a Dedicated Client Product Support Specialist to support post go-live CRIMS implementations, configuring the system, training users, and resolving issues with client teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in financial services, front/middle/back office experience, and willingness to travel across the United States and Canada; strong communication and project management skills required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in financial services as a consultant or software vendor.
• Experience implementing or supporting front, middle or back office investment management systems.
• Willingness to travel to client sites in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Provide post go-live support for CRIMS implementations.
• Explain and document client requirements; assist with configuration and tuning.
• Train users and monitor workflows; coordinate defect reporting and fixes.
• Advise on best practices and identify system enhancements.
