Job summary

State Street is seeking Consultants to lead CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects, translating client requirements into tailored configurations and training. You will work with Financial institutions, ensuring the solution aligns with business needs and go-live readiness.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3+ years in financial services with a focus on investment management, strong SQL skills, and a collaborative, client-driven mindset. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a business or technical field such as Finance, Mathematical Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science. An advanced degree or CFA is a plus.
• 2-3+ years experience in investment management, consultancy, or software vendor environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject-matter expert on CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects, defining requirements and guiding the project to meet client needs.
• Educate clients on CRIMS functionality and best practices for implementation and operation of Charles River solutions.
• Monitor client requirements to identify enhancements and communicate product improvements.
• Collaborate with Professional Services to share best practices and mentor less-experienced colleagues.
• Support defect resolution by clearly describing defects and validating fixes.
