Charles River Development is seeking a Dedicated Client Product Support Specialist to support post go-live of the CRIMS implementation. You will define client requirements, configure and tune the application to meet business and technical needs, train users, test workflows, and resolve issues.

The role requires at least 3 years of hands-on financial industry experience, preferably with a consultancy or software vendor, and experience supporting Front, Middle or Back Office investment systems is

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the financial industry, preferably with a consultancy or software vendor.
• Experience leading or supporting Front, Middle or Back Office Investment Management systems is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of investment management workflows, derivatives and FX instruments.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and manage customer support issues reported by clients during post-go-live.
• Provide consultative guidance on system usage based on client requirements and existing workflows.
• Analyze requirements and provide product expertise during the post-go-live journey; assist with small projects.
• Educate customers on CRIMS methodologies and best practices for implementation and operation.
• Identify potential enhancements by monitoring customer requirements and marketplace trends.
• Document defects clearly and support the resolution process with Product Management.
• Provide informal customer training to end users.
