Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to CRIMS implementations, analyzing requirements and guiding the project.
• Support and share best practices within Professional Services.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and run proof-of-concept projects for CRIMS.
• Educate customers on CRIMS methodologies and best practices for implementation and operation.
• Identify potential enhancements and document product improvements for customer projects.
• Assist in defect reporting and verification, and communicate issues clearly.
