Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage customer support issues reported to Charles River.
Provide consultative guidance on system use based on customer requirements.
Analyze requirements and provide product guidance throughout post-go-live journey; assist with small projects.
Educate customers on CRIMS methodologies and best practices for implementation and operation.
Identify potential enhancements and document product improvements based on customer needs.
Communicate defects clearly to support and product management and validate fixes.
Provide informal customer training to end users.
