Job summary

State Street seeks a Dedicated Client Product Support Specialist to support CRIMS post-go-live for front-, middle-, or back-office investment systems. You will define client requirements, configure the system, train users, test workflows and resolve issues for financial clients.

The role requires 3+ years in the financial industry, hands-on investment management software experience, and the ability to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in implementing or supporting mission-critical financial solutions.
• Experience in banks, hedge funds, asset managers or wealth management firms.
• Hands-on experience with investment management software, preferably OMS or compliance.
• Knowledge of fixed income, equities, derivatives and FX workflows.
• Understanding of multi-tier architectures, SQL, FIX and reporting tools.
• Strong customer service record, able to influence decisions.
• Team player with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage post-go-live support for CRIMS at client sites.
• Provide consultative guidance on system usage based on client requirements.
• Analyze requirements and offer product expertise during post-go-live.
• Educate customers on CRIMS functionality and best practices.
• Identify enhancements from customer needs and market trends.
• Assist with defect reporting and resolution process.
• Provide informal customer-specific end-user training.
