Job summary

State Street is seeking Front-Office Software Development Trading Engineers for the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) product. You will define client requirements, configure and tune the application to client needs, and test technical workflows.

The role spans XML messaging, Java/C# programming, and database tasks within a highly technical environment. You will liaise with Charles River Support and Product teams, troubleshoot issues, and determine optimal technical solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years in financial services technology delivery.
• Experience in Java or C# development in complex environments.
• Experience configuring and tuning CRIMS-like applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java/C# code for CRIMS modules.
• Lead technical initiatives across multiple tasks.
• Collaborate with business analysts and customers.
• Create, test, and integrate inbound/outbound interfaces.
• Provide technical expertise in implementation projects.
