The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of hotel front desk experience, including night audit. Computer literacy and strong problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with two or more years experience in operation of a hotel front desk, including night audit.
• Experience in a hotel front desk setting and ability to operate under shift pressure.
• Proficiency with computer systems used in front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Front Office Representatives during assigned shift.
• Assists Management Team with training programs.
• Represents management in resolving guest issues and enforcing policies.
• Performs Manager duties when other Managers are unavailable.
